Just now I went to my SIL house to fetch hubby over there. We had a lunch there. In the meantime hubby nephew busy crawling, jumping and hopping up and down. As this is a very common situation hubby and I only watched from a far, but I keep on asked him to be careful.
He is only 3 years old, a very active kid's. Never listen to us, keep on jumping and hopping. But this time around he made a mistake, accidently he falls. He falls from the couch, and the bad thing is his head hit the floor first. I was shocked, but I remembered my friend said don't raise your voice and let them get up by themselves. So I watched, this boy quickly get up on his own and sat back on the couch, remain quiet. I asked him, "Are you OK?" He said "Sakit" . OK fine, now he feels the pain but he try to be cool or maybe the coolest ever.
I asked him to come over me, so that I can have a look. But he remain there, might be he still in shocked or in pain. So I came over him, immediately he asked me to give him ice cube. I was like "ice cube?" Then he explained to me, ice cube will cure him, usually his mom will do that. Suddenly I remembered (too many flash back here) Dr Harlina post Benjol Management. On what she did when Bella tripped herself.
So quickly I walk to freezer and search for ice cube. I was clueless, ok I found the ice cubes, but they all are stuck together. So I have an idea to take whatever inside the fridge and use it. But out of sudden this little guy come over me and give me direction how to get that ice cubes. He told me to turn the switch to the left so that the ice cubes will get out from the tray, but I said there is no ice cubes insides the tray. All the ice cubes is in this big bowl. Then he directed me to get the bowls and smashed the ice. I tried my best to pull one of the big ice cubes, luckily I managed to take it out. And I gave him, "Here's your ice cubes". Again he asked me to find a plastic bag, and put the ice cube inside the plastic bag. How smart he is? I am amazed! And I am being a kids here. (-__-)
Guess what, he only put the ice cubes for less than a minute. Then back to jumping again. Sigh..
